Established in 1997, Kailai specializes in precision metal stamping and sheet metal fabrication, with carbon steel and standard mild steels serving as the core foundation of our high-volume production capabilities. We also process stainless steel and commercial aluminum to meet diverse engineering needs.

Our engineering team analyzes your technical drawings during the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) stage. Core Materials

Low Carbon Steel

Low carbon steel is our most frequently processed material, driving the majority of our high-volume stamping production. This range offers exceptional cold formability, high material ductility, and superior weldability, striking the ideal balance between part reliability and production economy.

  • Core Material Grades: Q195 (AISI 1006 / 1008), Q235 (ASTM A36 / AISI 1015)

  • Stamping Thickness Range: 0.5 mm – 10.0 mm

  • Typical Applications: Industrial mounting brackets, appliance base plates, general connection hardware, non-structural automotive parts.

High-Strength Structural Steel

For heavy-duty components that require high load-bearing capacity and elevated tensile strength, we utilize our heavy-tonnage presses to stamp thick-gauge structural steel without fracturing or dimensional deviation.

  • Core Material Grades: Q345 / Q355 (ASTM A572 Grade 50)

  • Stamping Thickness Range: 1.5 mm – 12.0 mm

  • Typical Applications: Heavy machinery chassis, structural construction connectors, heavy-duty load brackets, automotive structural reinforcement plates.

Galvanized steel

Galvanized steel is our recommended choice when you need the structural strength of carbon steel but require cost-effective rust prevention without post-production plating. The protective zinc layer remains intact throughout our blanking and forming processes.

  • Core Material Types: SECC (Electro-Galvanized), SGCC (Hot-Dip Galvanized)

  • Stamping Thickness Range: 0.4 mm – 4.0 mm

  • Typical Applications: Outdoor electrical enclosure housings, HVAC duct brackets, internal appliance chassis.

Precision Stainless Steel Alloys

We regularly stamp and fabricate stainless steel for applications that demand high corrosion resistance or elevated-temperature durability. Our facility enforces strict material segregation during tool and die operations to eliminate iron contamination and protect final surface quality.

  • Core Material Grades: Aluminum 5052 (High fatigue strength & marine durability), 6061-T6 (Structural grade), 3003 (General stamping & heat exchangers)

Copper & Brass Alloys
