Technical Difficulties & Manufacturing Solutions

1. Controlling Springback on Acute Bending Angles Difficulty: Forming high-strength carbon steel into an acute, resilient spring clip inherently introduces massive material springback. If the bend angles are not strictly controlled, the clip will either lack sufficient clamping force to hold cables securely or be too rigid to install by hand. 2. Precision Coining of Serrated Grips Without Material Warpage Difficulty: Pressing the anti-slip ribbed texture (coining) into thin 0.8mm-1.2mm carbon steel forces the material to flow rapidly.
