Furthermore, an improper focal position or wrong assist gas pressure leads to a noticeable edge taper, making the openings uneven from top to bottom.

  • The Challenge: For precision panels, surface aesthetics are just as important as dimensional accuracy. Standard material handling, laser bed friction, and splash-back from the cutting slats frequently cause surface scratches, pit marks, or cosmetic blemishes on the raw metal face.

We use premium laser-film coated sheets, where the protective fiber film is cut simultaneously with the metal to prevent any surface contact damage.
